Despite the fact that this film is an experiment as being the first full CGI animated movie, Toy Story still holds up very well by today's standards, allowing a heartwarming and funny story to take over, without the technology becoming a gimmick. Toy Story is the perfect launching point to a near-perfect film franchise. 9/10

As genious as the first, Toy Story 2 introduces a concept that few beloved kids' franchises are allowed: mortality, a concept that allows the characters to grow and deepen like few other popular franchise characters do. 9/10

Finding Nemo finds its strength in its humor, particularly with the brilliant team that Albert Brooks (Marlin) and Ellen DeGeneres (Dory) make, along with an entertaining, but somewhat cliche, story. 7/10

John Lasseter returns to the director's chair for the first time since Toy Story 2 in Pixar's weakest film yet. Cars almost exclusively relies on witty (and very entertaining) humor, lacking in an original story, and mostly driven (no pun intended) by shallow characters. 4/10

Wall-E's greatest strength is in its stunningly beautiful visuals and Pixar's meticulous attention to every little detail. Combine this with an engaging story and you get a modern science fiction tale that takes the best of Huxley's "Brave New World," Lucas's "THX 1138" and Kubrick's "2001: A Space Odyssey" and blends them together into something quite special. 9/10

This is the perfect ending (or new beginning) to Pixar's most beloved film series, a genuine reward for fans who patiently waited 11 years for the conclusion of a 15-year journey. Perfectly blending story, humor, action, and visuals together, this is not only the best in the Toy Story series, but the absolute best Pixar film to date. 10/10
