A completely different take on the guys-road-trip film. Great characters, amazing costuming, fun music, playful script, and a ton of laughs. Mixes the romance, adventure, drama, comedy, and musical genres in perfect quantities. One of the best films of 90s.

Perhaps my favourite drama of all time. Patrick Fugit gives one of the finest, most memorable performances ever that makes us reminisce about our own childhoods in a deeply sentimental and thoughtful way. Charming and touching. The extended (aka: "Untitled") edition adds power to the original. A must-watch for everyone.

Marty, Doc, and that tripped-out DeLorean make for a great deal of fun and adventure. There are SO many little intricacies in these films that you pick out something new every time you watch it (such as the "Twin Pines Mall" becoming the "Lone Pine Mall" after Marty runs over a pine tree in the past). Watching one just makes me want to see another one again.

One of the most influential scifi films of all time. There have been several versions of this movie, each one better than the previous. "The Final Cut" on blu-ray is one of the most beautiful films to look at that you'll ever find. For the visuals alone, it's a great re-watcher. For the joy of plugging your brain into it, it's one of the great pieces of film ever.

Musicals are always more re-watchable than any other genre and "Chess" hits every note perfectly. Over the years, the play has changed significantly. By the time it was captured for this DVD, all the bugs had been worked out. The actors and their voices are perfect and the cinematography is lovely.

Almost every critic on Earth disagrees with me about this movie, but I think it's hilarious. One of the best casts ever assembled blends perfectly into the comedy-mystery. I can't even count the number of times that I've watched it and think everyone should follow suit!

The ultimate martial arts film. Billed as Jet Li's final wushu-film ever, it delivers on every note. The fighting scenes are the best ever filmed, Li is wonderful and touching, the cinematography is breath-taking, and the story is heart-felt. I've worn out DVD players with this one.

Maybe the greatest animated film ever. Ellen Degeneres is positively brilliant and (along with the seagulls) completely makes this film.

Who you gonna call? One of the best ensembles ever. Nuff said.

The movie that made us all believe we could beat the bully. Can't count how many times I've watched it and I have no plans to stop.

This landmark film to tackle the issue of AIDS remains one of the most touching and haunting examinations of fear, friendship, and love ever committed to film. The final scene chills you to the core and inspires reflection on everything that you hold dear to you.

Probably the funniest movie ever.

Widely overlooked and under-appreciated, this version of Peter Pan is the ultimate one. The sense of wonder it creates is spellbinding. The colour-laden visuals are breath-taking. The cast is perfect. The adaptation is faithful. Fun for kids and adults who remember being kids alike. One of my most regular re-watchers.

One of the great musicals of all-time gets a wonderful cinematic recording. Crank up the volume and start singing!

By the sixth movie in a series, you'd be expecting things to be pretty stale. Stallone makes you believe otherwise with this wonderful and touching tale that probably strikes a chord with everyone who's ever looked back on their lives and wanted to do some part of it again.

Any number of highlights with these. TMP is bad Star Trek, but great scifi. TWOK is a great film. TVH was the apex of Trek. TFF was a wonderful goodbye. I watch them constantly - you know you do too!

It's camp, it's silly, and it's got Rowdy Roddy Piper! The social commentary is actually pretty clever. This movie is so 80s you want to put leg-warmers on. But it's also great fun to watch over and over again.
